The Black Queens walloped Guinea 7-0 on aggregate to secure a slot in the second round of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers on Tuesday.

Evelyn Badu’s heroics on the day was rewarded in the 36th minute after her solo run found the back of the net for the opener. Badu fired a powerful shot into the far left corner to beat Mawa Traorè to give Ghana a perfect start to the game.
The Black Queens went into the break with a slim lead. But Priscilla Adubea increased the tally in the 52nd minute with a calm finish.
Badu grabbed her second of the afternoon through a rebound inside 65 minutes to give Ghana a 3 nil lead.
Substitute Fridaus Yakubu made it 4 in the 85th minute after connecting a delicious pass from Princella Adubea from the right wing.
Coach Nora Hauptle’s lass will face Benin next in the second round in October.
