The draw for the third edition of the WAFU Zone ‘B’ Women’s Champions league qualifiers will commence on 3rd July, in Abuja, Nigeria .

This was announced by the West African Football Union – B (WAFU B) on Tuesday.

The tournament is slated for Bènin City,Nigeria in August.

Ghana’s sole representative Ampem Darkoa Ladies who emerged winners of the 20232/23 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League will be making their second consecutive entry into the Tournament.

The Techiman based club hopes of clinching the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League ticket was halted by Nigerian side, Bayelsa Queens in the finals last year.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies will aim to match the feat of archrivals Hasaacas Ladies by winning the edition of WAFU B qualifying tournament and seal qualification to the 2023 TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League.
