The Police have apprehended two people at Akuapem-Adawso in the Eastern Region for stripping two teenagers naked and publicly parading them in the streets on  Friday, October 29 2021.

According to the police, the victims were subjected to this abuse with their hands tied after being accused of allegedly stealing ¢100 and a mobile phone.

The statement adds that the victims have been brought to Accra for immediate medical attention and treatment at the Police Hospital.

“Psychologists have also been assigned to counsel the families of the victims,” police said in a statement.
