Award winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has confirmed that this year’s edition of his annual Rapperholic Concert will come off on December 25.
According to him, he wanted to call off this year’s event due to the outbreak of a global pandemic – Covid-19, which affected the industry but his team were against the decision.“Being going back and forth with the team about the most anticipated show in Ghana (Rapperholic Concert)
“I wanted to skip 2020 and prepare for 2021 God willing but the team was insisting we do it because the fans need it especially in these times.It is likely this year’s event will go virtual or with limited fans under strict Covid-19 protocols.
“I’m hacked up for 25th December, obviously we can’t do it as we always do it due to the pandemic, so watch out for the details” he disclosed.
List of performing artistes and venue is yet to be communicated.
