Former Ghana youth International and Under-20 World Cup winner Ransford Osei has officially retired from football.
The 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup, Adidas Silver Shoe winner announced his decision to quit football on Humble Ike’s YouTube channel from his base in Germany.
Osei, was once described by FIFA.com as “an opportunistic goal machine” with superb pace and movement, young free-scoring sensation and was recognized by World Soccer Magazine as one of the 50 Most Exciting Teenagers on the Planet in their November 2007 Issue.
Osei featured for clubs Kessben, Kotoko, Granada, Bloemfontein Celtic, FC Twente and more.
