A Japanese national, Morikawa Hikawu has been arrested in Ghana upon a request by INTERPOL Tokyo, following a revocation of his passport by Japan.

The suspect was arraigned and put into lawful custody awaiting his extradition

The Police said its Service s working with Interpol Tokyo, Ghana Immigration Service and the Japanese Embassy in Ghana for his removal.
