A statement from MTN Ghana, copied to the Ghana News Agency, explained that the awards were in recognition of MTN’s excellent HR practices and models, innovation and resilience in the HR space and many initiatives employed by MTN especially in the challenging year of 2020.
The other awards were won by Madam Amma Benneh-Amponsah, the Human Resources Executive of MTN Ghana, for her ‘Outstanding Contribution to HR Industry’.
She was also named among the Africa Top 50 HR Leaders, the statement said.
Receiving the awards, Madam Benneh-Amponsah expressed appreciation to the organisers for the recognition saying: “Recognition is important especially in an unusual year.
