Ghana ended the 2022 Maurice Ravello tournament on a high note following a 2-1 win over Asian side, Saudi Arabia at the Stade Fernand Fournier in Arles on Wednesday.
Coach Karim Zito’s lads got the much needed win through goals from Isaac Mensah and Samari Salif.
Ghana missed out of qualification to the semi-final stage of the competition after recording just a point in three games in Group B of the Competition – two loss and a draw against Venezuela in their final Group game.
By virtue of the win against the Asian outfits, Ghana has been placed 11th out of 12 participating teams in the Maurice Revello Tournament 2022 ranking.
The Black Satellites are expected to return to Ghana early next week.
