It follows recent poor performances during the international break.

After holding the 60th spot for the previous three rankings, Ghana has now dropped even further to 61st.

Since the last update in October, the Black Stars have participated in two matches: the opening two FIFA World Cup qualifiers for 2026.

Ghana defeated Madagascar in their first game before falling to Comoros away from home in the second header.

Conversely, the Islanders climb nine spots up the standings to record their best ranking in team history.

After victories against Ghana, Cape Verde, and the Central African Republic in their most recent international matches, Comoros is currently ranked 119th.
