Kumasi Asante Kotoko were held to a 1-1 draw with Real Tamale United in Match Day Eight of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
The Tamale based club fought from behind to draw 1-1 thanks to a David Abagna strike in the 71st minute.
The Fabulous club skipper Ismail Ganiu’s missed a penalty which proved costly as the Ghanaian giants went another 90 minutes without a win.
Kotoko remain third on the GPL table log with three points separating them and leaders King Faisal, but the Porcupine Warriors have an outstanding game against archrivals Hearts of Oak who got their first win of the season.
Real Tamale United who gained qualification into the League this season stay in 8th place with 11 points.
