Kumasi Asante Kotoko Coach, Seydou Zerbo says individual mistakes cost his side in their 1-1 draw against Tamale City on Wednesday.

Having drawn in two previous games, the expectations were high for the Porcupine Warriors but sloppy defending cost Kotoko a win in Match-Week 12 of the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League action played at the Alui Mahama Sports Stadium.

The Burkinabe Trainer in a post-match reaction attributed the loss to individual mistakes on the part of his players.

“We have drawn three consecutive matches and this is individual mistakes from the defence…six minutes to the end of the game and we lost concentration and they have the equalizer”  He said.

The draw means the Fabulous lads will move to 3rd on the league log with 20 points – one point adrift of leaders Aduana FC and one ahead of arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak who play on Thursday.
