Accra Great Olympics have confirmed the appointment of former Accra Hearts of Oak Coach Yaw Preko.
The appointment is to replace Coach Annor walker who has taken ill some weeks ago.
Walker led the team in a fine run of form in the beginning of the season but his ill-health meant the club was without a coach.
Olympics have lost their last two games to Aduana Stars and AshantiGold following Walker’s absence.
Former Black Stars player Yaw Preko now takes over as substantive coach and will have to continue from where Annor Walker left off.
The club made the announcement via their twitter handle on Tuesday. Preko previously coached Accra Hearts of Oak, before taking the Ghana U17 National team.
Olympics face Inter Allies in their next Ghana Premier League game on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
