Government has released a list of 58 companies it says are a product of the 1 District 1 Factory campaign promise he gave prior to the 2016 elections.

The list also provides the location of the factories, the size and nature of employment.

The companies named are into various enterprises from manufacturing, recycling, agro and wood processing.

The 58 list of companies which include the famous Ekumfi Fruit Juice and other companies spread across the regions.

The president, Nana Akufo-Addo had only yesterday disclosed at a Meet the Press Encounter that his government has remained true to its promise of industrializing the country by completing at least 58 companies under the 1D1F.

He said 26 others were at various stages of completion and will be out-doored next year.
