The Ghana Football Association has announced the indefinite postponement of Ghana Premier League Match Day 30 fixture between Eleven Wonders FC and Accra Hearts of Oak SC.
The decision follows what believes to be new findings of a strange disease in the camp of the Phobians which has led to an advice from the Ghana Health Service(GHS) for the match to be postponed indefinitely.
The game which was rescheduled to Wednesday, May 25th 2022 upon request from the Ghana Health Service has been postponed until further notice.
The Rainbow Club squad have been battling with some strange disease for the past two weeks prior to their mid-week clash with Gold Stars.
Players such as midfielder Nurudeen Abdul Aziz is on admission at the Universal Clinic in Madina.
Seidu Suraj and Amankwah Baafi have also been hospitalized.
The Phobians subsequently assured their fans in a communique released on Friday that all players and officials who suffered from the respiratory ailment are now well and responding to treatment.
According to the GFA, a new date for the match would be announced in due course
They also added that ”it will continue its engagements with the GHS and only schedule Accra Hearts of Oak matches”.
