The Ghana Football Association’s player status committee has lifted a year transfer ban imposed on African Club of the century, Asante Kotoko for breaching the contracts of four former players of the club.
Following a successful appeal by the Porcupine warriors, the Player Status Committee decided to lift the ban to allow the Kotoko make player purchases in the second transfer window.
Asante Kotoko can now launch bids for the services of their long-time targets.
The second window opened on February 16 and will shut at 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021.
