The GFA’s Appeals Committee has granted Division One League club, Phar Rangers application for Stay of Execution.
According to a statement from the GFA, Phar Rangers re-applied for Stay of Execution after the Disciplinary Committee dismissed its initial application pending the outcome of their Appeal case.
Just a fortnight ago, the GFA imposed a ban on Phar Ranger from all associated competitions for five years following the Division One League sides’ withdrawal from all GFA competitions including the Division One Zone 3 League and the FA Cup with immediate effect.
This was after they failed to give satisfactory reason for the withdrawal from the 2021 FA Cup competition.
The Shareholders and Directors of Phar Rangers FC were also banned from all football activities for a period of five (5) years effective from the 2020/2021 football season.
