The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) will carry out planned maintenance works in parts of Accra to improve service delivery.

According to the statement, the exercise is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 2021, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Areas to be affected are Tabora, Racecourse, Bankyease, Yellow house, Ofankor Seven Great, Kissehman, Ashalley Botwe, Little Roses and Achimota Golf Park.

Ghanaians the past few weeks have lamented about the recent power cuts and questioning if load shedding, also known as dumsor, had returned.

Meanwhile, the company says, it “regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise”.
