Ghana faced another mauling in the hands of Netherlands in a last Group D action at the Estadio Nacional De Costa Rica on Wednesday.
The Princesses were thrashed 4-1 as the Netherlands sends them packing out of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.
Ghana have been eliminated from group stages of the Competition for the sixth time in a row without tasting a win.
Netherlands took the lead in the 28th minute through Liz Rijsbergen and held on till half time.
The Dutch doubled their lead after the break through Ziva Caroline Henry. Ghana pulled one back immediately from a beautiful strike from Doris Boaduwaa.
Liz Rijsbergen grabbed her second of the game in the 65th minute before Marit Auee netted from the spot with six minutes remaining to seal victory for the Dutch.
Ghana are placed last in the Group D standing with a goal with zero points after three games.
