Chinese Super League side Shenzhen FC have announced the signing of Ghanaian duo Mubarak Wakaso and Frank Acheampong.
The Black Stars duo have signed four-year contracts with the mega-rich club.
Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso, a winner of the 2020 Chinese league has been rendered clubless after his club Jiangsu FC ceased operation amid financial difficulties over Covid-19.
The Suning Group, owners of Jiangsu FC and European giants Inter Milan announced it intended to focus on core businesses, leaving non-retail assets at risk.
Wakaso made 19 appearances for Jiangsu last season.
Acheampong on the other hand, parted ways with Tianjin Jinmen Tiger, two years after signing a new contract which was expected to end in June 2022. He joined them in 2018 from Belgian top-flight side Anderlecht.
He has made 78 appearances in the Chinese Super League since his arrival, scoring 30 goals and providing 18 assists.
