According to CAF, a new date will be announced in due course.

The continent’s football governing body last month in consultation with Fifa, decided to postpone the Caf qualifiers for the Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022 that were due to be played in June 2021 after taking into consideration the current challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Four-time African champions Ghana will be seeking to end what will be a 40-year wait for a continental title, their last success coming in Libya in 1982.
