Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog, has opened up for the first time since he was granted bail.
He was locked up behind bars for allegedly threatening the President on live TV.
In a post on social media, the artiste manager was grateful to a number of people for their support when he was locked behind bars.
He thanked former President John Mahama for their “the consolatory call and wise counsel” which he said was humbling.
Bulldog stated that he was also grateful to his wife and other family and friends who called to check up and console him.
“To the inmates I spent time with in the roughest and toughest cell in Ghana (striking force), I say be strong and God keep you safe.”
He called his legal team exceptional adding “there’s a tall list of names I owe gratitude to, God bless you all.”
“Through it all I give thanks to God for life and strength in the course of this beautiful ordeal. My resolve is unshakable with God as my strength!”
Bulldog was made to appear before an Accra Circuit Court on Wednesday, January 13, for making statements that the police interpreted as a threat on President Nana Akufo-Addo.
He was charged with offensive conduct, conducive to breaches of the peace but the artiste manager pleaded not guilty.
The court presided over by Evelyn Asamoah, admitted him to bail in the sum of ¢70,000 with three sureties. Two must be public servants.
The court further ordered Hanson to be reporting to the Police every Monday and the Police were directed to comply with the directives on disclosures.
