Ghana’s U23 lads arrived in Accra on Monday morning following their abysmal elimination at the ongoing 2023 TotalEnergies U23 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco.

The Black Meteors exited the Tournament after failing to secure a place in the semi-finals as they finish third in the group.

The Ghana team concluded the tournament with four points, following a 3-2 win against Congo, a 5-1 defeat to Morocco, and the 1-1 draw against Guinea.

According to the GFA, ”the technical team is expected to submit its tournament report to the GFA’s Executive Council for its assessment” the GFA said on Monday.
