Mr. Francis Asenso-Boakye, the Minister for Works and Housing has held an engagement with the leadership of three stakeholders within the housing sector.
The meeting was held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Mr. Asenso-Boakye met with the Association of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, the Ghana Institute of Architects, and the National Tenants’ Union of Ghana.
The engagement was to afford him the opportunity to get first-hand information regarding the concerns of these stakeholders.
The Minister who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bantama constituency thus assured them that his doors are opened for deliberations and partnerships to surmount the challenges affecting the Works and Housing sector.
According to him, such engagements provide very good feedback regarding government policy interventions.
The groups also expressed their satisfaction and gratitude to the Minister for the said engagement.
