AFCON 23 Qualifiers: Amartey, Kyere and Odoi join camp

Black Stars

The Black stars received a major boost as Twenty Eight players trained on Sunday morning following the arrival of Amartey, Kyere and Dennis Odoi.

 

The Senior National team hit the ground running on Saturday evening after arriving in the Central Regional capital – Cape Coast in the morning as preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations Cote D’Ivoire 2023 Group E qualifier starts.

The Black stars will take on Madagascar on Wednesday, June 1 before taking on Central African Republic four days later.

Ghana will also be involved in pre-World Cup friendlies (four-nation tournament in Japan) which features hosts Japan, Chile and Tunisia in build up to the FIFA World Cup in November.

The Twenty-eight players include:

Defenders: Denis Odoi, Alidu Seidu, Gideon Mensah, Abdul Baba Rahman, Abdul Mumin, Daniel
