Mohammed Kudus

Mohammed Kudus, a midfielder for Ghana, has praised his colleagues and departing West Ham United manager David Moyes for an incredible season.

Speaking on the last day of the 2023–2024 English Premier League season, he said this following West Ham’s 3–1 loss to league champion Manchester City.

In the defeat, the former Ajax player scored an incredible overhead kick, and Man City went on to win a record-tying fourth league title. This goal marked Kudus’ eighth league goal in his league debut.

“Big credit to the manager he’s done a fantastic job this season. It’s a long season, difficult times, ups and downs but in all, I give credit to all my teammates…so big credit to the whole team. This is just the beginning. I’ve tested the waters now and I’m ready to get it running for the next season” he said to West Ham’s media.

Mohammed Kudus scooped West Ham’s Goal of the Season award in the just ended season.

The Ghanaian attacker came in second place behind teammate Jarrod Bowen.
