Nine listed stocks on the local exchange have been given until April 30, 2023, by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to submit their audited financial statements to the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) for the year that concluded on December 31, 2023.
These are Camelot Ghana Plc, Daakye Trust Plc, E.S.L.A Plc, and Kasapreko Plc. CalBank Plc, Quantum Terminals Plc, and Clydestone (Ghana) Plc make up the remaining trio.
The deadlines for submitting their audited financial statements are April 10, 2023, for Fan Milk Plc, and April 22, 2023, for GOIL Plc.
“Ghana Stock Exchange announces for the information of the general investing public that the following companies have been granted an extension of time by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to submit their audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023,” reads a notice released by the GSE.
