Dominant Black Stars were on cruise control following an impressive 2-0 win over Switzerland as they wrapped up their preparations ahead of the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Maiden goals from defender Mohammed Salisu and Bristol forward Antoine Semenyo in the second half ensured a sweet victory by the Senior National team over the Swiss.

Although Ghana could not convert the majority of their chances into goals, the team showed urgency with the attacking play especially in the second half.

The win against the European nation will bolster confidence as they shift focus to their upcoming Group H matches.

Coach Otto Addo and his lads will now turn attention to Portugal in an opening Group H fixture on November 24 at Stadium 974.

Ghana will then square it off with South Korea at Education City Stadium on November 28 and wind up their group matches against Uruguay on December 2 at Al Wakrah Sports Complex.
