Ghana Women’s Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies walloped Burkina Faso’s, Union Sportive des forces Armees 3-0 in their opening game of the WAFU B CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers on Sunday.

The ‘Nanama’ side were impressive from the blast of the whistle with some scintillating showing.

Goals from Elizabeth Owusuaa, Mavis Owusu and an own goal from Mariam Ouattara secured three maximum points for the Techiman outfits in their quest to to match the feat of archrivals Hasaacas Ladies by winning this edition of WAFU B qualifying tournament and seal qualification to the 2022 TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League.

They are placed 2nd in Group B.

Ampem Darkoa will face Nigeria Side, Bayelsa Queens in their second game on Wednesday, August 24.
