The Confederation of African Football has appointed Benin National Referee Issa Mouhamed as the matchday official assigned for Ghana, Nigeria clash in the CHAN 2022 Qualifiers leg 1 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
He will be assisted by compatriots, Eric Ayimavo Ayamr Ulrich (Assistant I), Koudogbo Augustin Augustin Kougbemede (Assistant II) and Dedjinnanchi Tanisla Ahomlanto Dedjinnanchi (Fourth
referee).
Prince Kai Saquee and Sanusie Rashid from Sierra Leon will serve as Match Commissioner and Referee Assessor respectively while Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
The Black Galaxies set up another mouthwatering duel with archrivals Nigeria for one of the slots from West Africa Zone B for the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament in Algeria in 2023 following a 4-0 aggregate victory over Benin.
