Black stars head coach Milovan Rajevac has revealed that Ghana is ready for their clash against Gabon in Group C of the ongoing TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations, Cameroon 2021.
While Leopards of Gabon emerged 1-0 victors over Comoros in their group opener, the Ghana Black Stars conceded a 0-1 defeat against Morocco.
The Leopards will come gun blazing as their inspirational captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in contention to face Ghana on Friday.
The pressure is on the Black stars as another unfavorable result could spell doom for them.
Four-time champions, Ghana could be without skipper, Andre Ayew after suffering a head-on collision with Sais of Morocco.
In a pre-match presser, Coach Milo expects nothing but a win to revive their hopes of qualifying into the next stage of the competition.
He however admitted pressure.
“We will definitely keep our tricks and try to be more efficient. Our focus is on tomorrow’s game and we are ready. It’s true that there is a lot of pressure, but a coach has to know how to deal with all that. We are going into this game to get the three points.” Milo said.
The game is at 20:00 local time (19:00 GMT) at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium, Yaounde.
