Kotoko

Aduana Stars will lock horns with Asante Kotoko in a top of the table clash on Match Day 11 of the Ghana Premier League at the Agyemang Badu Park on Saturday.

The ‘Ogya Boys’ are gearing up for a mouthwatering clash with Asante Kotoko at the Dormaa Park where the Porcupine Warriors have scored only once and failed to win in over 10 visits.

Asante Kotoko are joint top on the League log with 20 points with the same goal difference (+8) but the Dormaa based club sit at the top due to the superior number of goals scored – (17 goals) three better than the Porcupine Warriors.

Two times GPL winners, Aduana suffered a loss last Sunday in the hands of Medeama – bringing an end to a six match unbeaten run that dates back to Monday, November 21.

For Kotoko they won two, lost two and drawn two in their last six matches across competitions. They were recently dumped out of the MTN FA Cup by rivals King Faisal at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Kotoko will be without star player, Fabio Gama due to injury.

Kick off is at at 3pm on Saturday, January 1, 2022.
