Black Princesses Head coach, Ben Fokuo believes Ghana’s U-20 Women’s national team has what it takes to oust their Zambian counterparts on Saturday in the first leg of their World Cup qualifier.
The Black Princesses advanced to the third stage of the African U20 Women’s World Cup qualification following Mauritania’s withdrawal from the qualifiers.
Coach Fokuo, believes the three points is non negotiable as his side touched down at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, Lusaka around 2pm on Wednesday, ahead of the clash.
“We started camping about three months ago, just to make sure we had a formidable team to represent the nation.
“We’ve had some friendly matches which have helped us prepare for the game.
“We now have to go there and make sure that the players we have picked will go and get a good result for the nation,” he said.
The 1st leg is scheduled for Lusaka on Saturday, December 5, 2021 with the reverse fixture slated for Accra in two weeks time.
