Hasaacas Ladies

Hasaacas Ladies Coach has thrown a challenge to his charges in their bid to continue their fairytale dream of being the first ever African women’s club champions.

The Sekondi based Ladies were on brilliant form once again after dispatching AS Mande 3-0 in matchday 2 of Group A encounter.

A brace from two times Woman-of-the-match winner Evelyn Badu and a goal from Pepertual Agyekum sealed a semis spot for the Ghanaians.

“Our opponent came with a mindset to frustrate our tactical play, but with time we ruined this for them and play[ed] our way”.

“It’s not over until our next match is over. Our full focus is on the next match against Wadi Degla and this match is now behind us”.

“They will address the match with all seriousness but so will we. We know how important this game is” Basigi said.

The team is currently the most successful club in Ghana and won an unprecedented double; Women’s Premier League and FA Cup in 2021 before traveling to Ivory Coast to win the first ever West Africa Football Union Zone B Women’s Club Championship.
