Wan Bissaka, Bamford, Maddison and Eric Dier misses out on the Euro 2020 squad but Alexander-Arnold returns to the group alongside fellow right-backs Reece James, Kieran Trippier and Kyle Walker.
England have two pre-tournament friendly dates against Austria and Romania fast approaching, with a 26-man party needing to be settled on prior to those outings.
