Abdul Baba Rahman’s season long loan move to PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece has been officially confirmed.
The Chelsea and Ghana defender career since joining Chelsea in 2015 has been mired with injuries, including a crucial ligament rupture in January 2017 that kept him out of action for almost one and a half years.
He had been training with Chelsea’s development team this season, and his impressive performances have even earned him a recall to the Ghana national team.
The club announced the move via their official twitter handle on Saturday evening.
The Ghana international has had loan stint previously with Schalke, Reims and Real Mallorca.
Baba Rahman will wear the number 21 jersey at the club.
