Hearts of Oak came back from behind to snatch a 1-1 draw with Elmina Sharks on matchday eight of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Sharks dominated the first half and deservedly found the back of the net and Hearts turned on their style in the second to claw back into the game.

James Bissue broke the deadlock for visiting Sharks in the 22nd minute but Victor Aidoo drew level for the Phobians in the 67th minute at the Accra Sports Stadium.

After 76 minutes, Elmina Sharks were reduced to ten men after Benjamin Arthur accumulated yellow cards. The result leaves Hearts fifth on the league table while the away side occupy the 11th position.
